It could have happened because of some issue on the server. Maybe there were a lot of people on the server when you tried to download your admit card, try downloading it again after some time. This should work, and you'll get your AIIMS examination admit card.

There's no such thing as important or unimportant topic in AIIMS. Everything that's there in the syllabus is important. It's just that the weightage for all the topics is different. Here's a link that'll help you with it.

Once the correction date for AIIMS application has passed, you cannot actually make any changes in the form. Since the gender is wrong in your case, it might actually create a problem. You can mail your query to exams.ac@gmail.com and hope that it gets rectified. Other than that, nothing else

I suggest you check your email or the mobile number you filled in the application form or what you can do is try contacting the helpline for which you were filling for example if college, then try contacting college's admission helpline to help you with the same.

As per your question, i would say that as your college staff didnt generate registration unique code. As also your admit card is out, so you must not be able to get your admit card out. 

Now you first try to log in and then generate your unique code
