The 2019 AIIMS Cut off as per category are as follows,
General :52 Score : 99.9829207
OBC: 5,590Score : 98.0550008
SC: 1,143Score : 99.6061463
ST: 4,478Score : 98.4429374
So if you qualify the cut off them you would surely get Medical seat this year.

The minimum qualifying marks for General category student is 50% marks.
So inoreder to be in d safe zone to land up in one the AIIMS in the country you need to have a min score of 120-130.
