You have to paste the photo in the admit card and sign the declaration before entering the exam hall. You need to carry an extra photo with white background to give to the invigilator in the exam hall for attendance. All the best!
There is no prescribed dress code for AIIMS entrance exam but it is advisable to students that they don't wear any eye catching cloth in order to avoid any hassle at the exam centre. You can wear full sleeves shirts or t-shirts but make sure they don't have big buttons
