Perhaps yes. If anyone is alloted a seat in round 1 and he has reported at said centre and paid the fee and completed document verification and if he is alloted a seat in the next round , he need to report again there.

Hey Deversh !
If you are from the UR category, it's advised to score a minimum of 150+ in order to be elligible to have a seat at AIIMS Delhi.
Although the governing body of AIIMS doesn't disclose the marks of the Examinees, but the prediction comes from the interviews

You need to reach centre of the exam before one hour of starting the exam for eg exam is start on 9:00Am then you need to reach at the centre between 7:30Am to 8:15Am.

Obviously AIIMS NEW DELHI is better than AIIMS PATNA but as you have already been allotted Aiims Patna, I would prefer you to go for instead of waiting for Aiims New Delhi. One can't be sure that you'll be getting Aiims Delhi as it's cutoffs go really high

As per the official notice in AIIMS website, there's no particular limit upto which a candidate can appear for AIIMS.
But one thing must be made sure that the appearing candidate has completed 17 years of age by December 2018 and he must be below 30 years

OBC category need to score at least 45%. Last year the counselling merit percentile for OBC(NCL) category was 99.1600595 And corresponding rank was 3221.

What is the minimum marks required to join aiims in 2019?( any aiims in India with general category)

Hello Surbhi, Based on last year cutoff of general candidates, the closing rank for the unreserved category was 1353(In AIIMS Guntur). If we convert 1353 rank in marks the marks would come somewhere around 560-570. But for being the sake of safety you should target 600.
