As per AIIMS MBBS cutoff 2019, candidates belonging to General category will be required to score at least 50% marks in AIIMS MBBS entrance exam, while those belonging to OBC category need to score at least 45% and SC/ST candidates will be required to score at least 40% in order
NEET marks are not valid for AIIMS. There's a seperate entrance examination for AIIMS. Admission to AIIMS is done only on the basis of the score that you've got in AIIMS entrance. So no, you cannot get an admission in AIIMS Delhi, or for that matter in any AIIMS.

As you mentioned ,that you have secured 51 rank in st category ; you have higher chances of getting a medical seat in AIIMS bhopal or bhubaneshwar even in new delhi ,if we consider last year's cutoff .

As the exam is near, you should read your formula charts everyday and read your self made notes. Do mock test daily without fail with time frame. Solve logical reasoning questions too. As this is the high time, don't start any new book or topic or anything else

The eligibility includes 10+2 with physics,maths,biology and english as main subjects so the aggregate for general and OBC is 60% in pcb and for ST,SC is 50% of pcb while for PwD candidates it is 45%.The age limit is 17 years .
So please specify your aggregate in PCB
If you've been preparing well enough, you should be scoring around 180-185 in the actual AIIMS entrance. You could be scoring more or less depending upon your level of preparation. But mind you, this score won't help you to get into AIIMS, because you'll require a rank of less than
