There is no such criteria ,aiims marks are valid just for one year.Supose you got (AIR 1) in 2019 then you'll have to take admission this year only to get AIIMs Delhi. With this rank you cannot get admission in 2020 in aiims.

The minimum score that I can guess as per the last year ranks are-150+ for general category,140+ for obc category,and 130+ for SC/ST category to get admission in AIIMS Delhi.

Have you entered father name and mother name same in Aiims application 2019?
As already time is passed for correction for Aiims application, now you cannot edit names. Once you try by mailing examination authority of AIIMS. If you get admit card , that mense application hasn't rejected.

Yes you can appear in aiims as the criteria for aiims exam is that candidates from unreserved and OBC category should have an aggregate of 60 % in 12 th exam whereas it is 50 percent for sc/st and 45 percent for Pwd candidates.

You cannot find any exact question paper of AIIMS exams anywhere.
You can only find questions which students remembered after the completion of the examination.
