Since you are a higher secondary passed student,you should write, Senior school Certificate exam(10+2).
The other two are for students who have dstudied something equivalent to plus 2 HSC examination. Soo you must go for the first option.

HiiYou need not to worry about this. If you have selected the medium of paper as HINDI then you will get a question paper where questions will be in both HINDI as well as ENGLISH. You can not change the selection but since you will get the questions in
