The qualification details that are asked in AIIMS Application are to be filled as per class 12th details. You need to fill the name of the board which ever applicable based on your class 12th. Also if your result is declared, then you need to enter the marks also

For the final registration, you will have to enter your registration ID, unique code, password and available captcha code.
Last date for the final registration process is March 12.
