AIIMS cutoff will be based on a number of factors like the availability of seats, previous years’ cutoffs, exam’s difficulty levels, number of candidates appearing for the exam etc. The expected (2019) minimum qualifying marks that you need to determine your eligibility is as follows -

sorry nothing can be done now as this was the extended duration of AIIMS application form filling. You should have been careful in keeping a record of the dates when the online application . You still have NEET & JIPMER entrance work for them
