IIT entrance will be most toughest one among others,because you've to give both jee exams like jee mains and jee advanced to take admission in iit.but the competition will be higher in AIIMS than jee exams.

As per the eligibility criteria if you do not score the minimum percentage required in 12th that is 60% for general category in aggregate in physics chemistry biology in English then you will not be allowed to appear for AIIMS entrance examination.

Dear Hima, AIIMS Basic registration correction window will open from January 8th, 2019. You will be told of your Basic registration status by January 22nd, 2019. So technically, your application form will be either rejected or accepted after you make the corrections only. You can make changes to your address.
