There is no need for having an email id linked with Aadhar. You can complete your application form with just your Aadhar card number and if required , you can choose to upload any other identiy cards.

Admission is all of the AIIMS institute including the one at Nagpur is based on your score in AIIMS entrance exam. Cutoffs for each year varies accordingly and you need to have a rank in under 500 to have a good chance.
