To get into AIIMs, Delhi as far as I'm concern 120 is the minimum marks. But for best results you should definitely target for around 140 - 150 marks as the competition is increasing every year.

Hello,It would be difficult to predict the marks required as the cutoff vary every year depending on various factors. Also, cutoff vary institute wise. However, for AIIMS MBBS 2018 last rank for SC category was 1081.You can go thrpugh the link below to check-

Well, there is 3% of reservation available for orthopedic physically handicapped candidates to get admission in the AIIMS.
Candidates who have 50%-70 % of disability, are eligible for the reservation.
Handicapped candidates need to provide the Certificate duly issued by the State Medical Board or Central Government Institute
Because the scorers are more in General category and seats are not in proportion to scorers in General category.
Whereas as per trends cutoff is lower to Reserved category because students with high scores are lseer in number compared to general category and hence cutoff goes down to 600+ ranks.
Any ine ID Proof stating Date if Birth and Address is sufficient
No need to have PaN Card if you already have a valid adhar Card.
