According to last year statistics it is unlikely for you to get a seat in AIIMS.
HOWEVER YOU CAN TRY FOR THE COUNSELLING
Sorry to say but you have extremely low chances of getting a seat in the aiims as aiims being a première institution and everyone eyes for the same.

Here's the counselling schedule for AIIMS 2018:-
Counselling call letter release- 4th wk of June, 2018
1st round of counselling- 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th July, 2018
2nd round of counselling- 2nd August, 2018
3rd round of counselling- 4th September, 2018
Open counselling- 27th September, 2018

Cutoffs are lowest scores which you need to get to enter a college . But the admissions are usulusu at a higher rank. Sorry to say but these is no chance of getting a seat below cutoff .

Your chances for admissions in AIIMS depends upon your score and your rank. If your name has not appeared in the list for the first counseling round then you will not be eligible to participate in the same. However, Online AIIMS MBBS counselling 2018 will likely be held
