Total number of students appeared was 3.5 lakhs to 4 lakhs.
I have no idea regardng the sc students.

As per the eligibility NEET 2018 all the students like Upper age limit NIOS/ Private students & others can apply for NEET Entrance Exam. You can check the further eligibility with the given below link.

You can also apply for AIIMS 2019, There is no such kind of restriction
Àiims criteria requires 60% marks in board exams for general and OBC category . So unfortunately you don't qualify the initial criteria unless you are from SC/ST/PH category where the criteria is 50%

The application to register for the AIIMS entrance exam to be conducted in 2019 would come around the month of February. It will be conducted in the last week of May. And the results will be out in June according to previous year trends. You can apply for it
