For an obc category candidate ,the curoff marks in AIIMS 2018 is ecxpected to 115+ /200, however the overall rank matters in AIIMS ,so the rank differs with the morning and evening shifts, so basically answering your question-you have a 70-75% chance of getting a seat in AIIMS

The cutoff of AIIMS MBBS 2018 entails the marks required to qualify AIIMS MBBS 2018 exam. The minimum required percentage is different for different categories.
For General category, the mininmum qualifying percentage is 50%.

Don't lose hope if you are an average student.if you want to take admission in AIIMS then you need to be giving time towards the preparation. give 100% to the preparation.and also cover all NCERT books syllabus.

As per latest information AIIMS 2018 result would be declared somewhat around 18 june
There is a very high possibility that you get admission in AIIMS Institute. According to the AIIMS brochure for admissions for MBBS and BDS, the candidates of general category must score 50% marks in the examination, which is 100 marks.
