It is nearly impossible to get seat in aiims with that score. You have to score somewhat between 145+ to have slightest chance for selection

Nothing is impossible, some starts preparing for competitions from 8th std. And still face failure while some clear their entrance in 6 months preparation. It's just how motivated you are.

So this is not late start preparing now.

The level of the AIIMS 2018 paper was considered as moderate. Out of all the subjects, Physics was the toughest of all, followed by Chemistry and Logical Reasoning. Biology was easiest of all and the questions were directly from the NCERTs. General Knowledge, Aptitude and the Logical Thinking section

If i am not wrong you are asked for Cutoff marks?

Well in every year cutoff marks changes but overall 50% marks is required for general category.

AIIMS 2018 is a computer-based test (CBT) and the duration of the examination is three and a half hours. There were a total of 200 questions in the paper. 

AIIMS exam was comprised of five sections- Physics, Chemistry, Biology, General Knowledge and Aptitude & Logical Thinking.

There are only 239 seats for general category our of a total of 477 seats in bsc nursing in AIIMS and it's sister institutions 

However, the last rank under open category that was called for counseling was AIR 953.
