Aiims grants admission through its own entranve test named aiims ug entrance test and not through neet. For aiims delhi the cutoff for general catagory is air 50 and it hardly shifts in the 2nd round.

After students have completed their MBBS course including the mandatory 1 year internship, then they are free to work in other hospital or can set up their own practice (following the rules and regulations).

AIIMS conduct entrance exam for B.Sc nursing every year. There are two courses you can apply for - B.Sc (Post basic) and B. Sc (Hons)
Pattern for both are different. For B.Sc (basic) it is objective based 70 marks written exam followed with 30 marks interview
For B.Sc(hons)
You surely can apply both the exams.
