Sorry to say, you will be rejected in counselling process even if you get selectedin aiims entrance exam.. try to contact aiims officials once. May be they can help you out..

minimum marks for AIIMS other then delhi

For admission to AIIMS other than Delhi in general catagory try scoring marks between 140-150 to get selected. Considering other instances the cutoffs varies from year to year.
