yes you can change that only if the AIIMS authority rejected your application however if you have uploaded someone else photos then kindly take all your documents like mark sheets and aadhaar cards during the examination and tell them your matter. they will help and correct it

The qualifying marks for AIIMS for general category is 50th percentile. And on the basis of previous year cut off for general category, the last rank was 52 and the percentile was 99.9829. So, you need to score 170+ for admission into AIIMS, Delhi.
