For now, there is no such limits. Only the age limit is 17-30 years. Uptil then you can appear for AIIMS every year. Although rules can change any time.

You need to score around 170 marks in JEE Main to get NIT Trichy in general category other state quota.
Cut off marks varies according to the branches as well.
