According, to AIIMS Eligibility Criteria you are eligible to apply for the entrance exam you should have minimum 60% aggregate marks in PCB and English for general category and 50% for reserved category.

If you fail to provide any evidence then you will considered as general candidate only but it would be better if you show them the certificate which says you belong to this category through this you can get reservation in cut off and seats as well.
