For a SC category you need to score more than 100 to get admission in AIIMS Delhi & for other you require more than 90.
To take the admission in AIIMS you need to give AIIMS entrance exam. And based on your NEET score the chances are less to get a seat for MBBS in Gov & private colleges. So I would suggest you to prepare again for the exam.
