Reservation categories like SC/ST/OBC candidates are counselled to fill up seats in their respective categories, In case of open selection round, if any Scheduled Tribe (ST) reserved vacant seat, then these vacant seats will be transfered to Scheduled Caste (SC) category and vice versa
