Here is a list of a few important topics that will help you to prepare for AIIMS

Biology: Systematics, Genetics, Cells, Ecology and Human Health & Diseases are especially important.

Hi, Yes there is age criteria.
Here is it:

I. Candidates applying for AIIMS MBBS 2017 entrance examination should have completed a minimum of 17 years of age as on December 31, 2017.
II. Moreover, those born on or after January 2, 2001 will not be considered eligible to apply
