For NEET you need to score 50% average marks in P/C/B and in AIIMS you need to score 60% average marks in P/C/B and English if you fulfill this criteria then you are eligible.

@Shipra: Last year FMS cutoff was 98 percentile(approx) and the competition every year goes on increasing. You can assume 99 above. Though with this percentile you have chances in IIm's as well but your academic records matter as well. Do not panic.
