To complete your registration for you exam it is mandatory to submit the application or registration fees. If you fail to submit the apply fee on time then sorry but there is no other way to do so. It's necessary to submit the application fee to be considered eligible for the entrance test.
You can keep an eye on the portal. They might open the exam portal with late fine. If that happens you can try that.
