if you wish to leave the allotted seat after round 2 you will be entitles to pay the fees as well as the 2lakhs deposit you have made.
no seats can be resigned after round 2 of AIPG counselling.
Join an institute or do self study and make sure to revise previous year questions
No u won't be able to make any changes.
Once the form is submitted, candidates cannot make any correction in AIIMS PG 2018 application form.
It seems unlikely that you may get a seat in aiims open counselling try harder next time.

Hi AIIMS needs you to qualify the exam to be eligible to get seat.
you have to score at 50percentile for general category and 45 percentile for obc and 40 percentile for sc/st categgories.
