These FMGE eligibility conditions 2021 for the June session contain the basic criteria related to nationality, qualification, internship among others.
FMGE 2021 Eligibility Criteria (June session)
Medical graduates can go through the conditions of eligibility for the FMGE exam 2021 of June session. It is necessary for aspirants to fulfill the below mentioned FMGE eligibility criteria to be eligible for the screening test.
Foreign medical graduates must be a citizen of India or should be Overseas Citizens of India.
Aspirants must possess a primary medical qualification from the recognized institution, which must be confirmed by the concerned Indian Embassy of that country.
It is necessary for applicants to submit the requisite documents as in evidence to prove that they have qualified the final examination of Primary Medical examination on or before the specified date.
Aspirants who have completed their undergraduate as well as postgraduate medical qualification form the following mentioned countries are not required to appear for the FMGE June session screening test to get the permanent or provisional registration certificate. Such candidates can directly register with MCI or SMC for the certificate and do their further practice in India.

No! There is no such news regarding the cancellation of FMGE exam from 2023 onwards.

No, FMGE doesn't return you the money for not uploading the admit card. Try contacting them through mail or call as per your convenience to make sure you get your admit card.
So the MCI i.e medical council of India board decided and declared that NIOS passed students are eligible for giving the FMGE examination. This FMGE examination conduct for those Indian citizens but study from abroad about medical and after passing out they want to practice in India. Those candidates must be giving the FMGE examination and qualify it.
So if your friend is NIOS passed out student, then sorry to say but he or she can't get the examination.

For MBBS, BDS, Pharmacy, nursing, physiotherapy etc Medical related courses study about this subject. So every course have different syllabus.
