eligibility certificate from MCI mains medical council of India is is very much necessary for appearing foreign medical college examination for admission to foreign medical institution or college .

Yes, you need to pass NEET exam, lets see if you wish to explore the medical courses without NEET so it's not possible. You may have opportunity in pharma But you are trying to crack the FMGE exam(Foreign Medical Graduates Examination) so its a proper medical course. So you have to pass in NEET exam.

In general, yes it is essential to do internship in India after passing FMGE. But as of now ,Chinese medical colleges do provide internship and if you can provide an Official Internship Completion Letter to MCI, then only you will be exempted from this compulsory internship.
Yes, you are eligible for JIPMER PG, as 53% ( 50% 0r more ) in FMGE considered pass .
Eligibility for MD/MS course via JIPMER PG must requires an MBBS degree or any equivalent degree from the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council (SMC).
For MDS course desirous candidate must have a BDS degree or any equivalent degree from the Dental Council of India (DCI) or State Dental Council (SDC).

Yes fmge / mci screening test is given by those Candidates who complete their MBBS course from abroad.
Candidates who clear the fmge exam are required to join an internship for an year at any Indian medical college/university.
After this they have a valid license for working medicine in india and can practice anywhere throughout the country.
