Dipayon bhattacharjee , From some research on internet about the FMGE then I found that you are able to give only three attempts to clear the exam after that you are not eligible to get medical counselling in India.

Well as per as the registration is concerned, basic details like name, gender and date of birth once filled up isn't allowed to change. Maybe you will have to re register in order to continue because basic details are hardly allowed to be corrected.

I don't think so as per the eligibility criteria the degree certificate should be recognized under the university grant commission therefore  i think it should be approved by MCI so that it will become equivalent to indian degree  and second necessary condition you should be an  indian citizen
