For AFMC nursing 2020, the application process has started from 14 November 2019 and exam will be in April 2020.
  • The exam will be held in offline mode (pen-paper test) .
  • The Medium of examination will be English.
  • Objective type questions will be asked.

The minimum acceptable standards of visual acuity are:-


Distant vision (corrected) : Better Eye 6/6 Worse Eye 6/18

Myopia of not more than minus – 5.5 D including astigmatism

Manifest hypermetropia of not more than plus 3.5 D including astigmatism

You cannot cancel your application. But you have to wait for 24 hours to make a payment for the link to be activated. So you should register at: http://joinindianarmy.nic.in/login.htm again with new email id and mobile number. Please follow the instructions available at our page to fill in the application

You need to fulfill other eligibility criteria which is given below, cross check the criteria once

  • A candidate must have passed 10+2 with Biology, Physics, Chemistry and English in 1st attempt with atleast 50% aggregate from a recognised board or university.
