The eligibilty criteria also depends on 12th score. They paly an important role in entrance examination and admission procedure. So you should have filled it. You should contact the helpline number for JIPMER so that it will not create any problem further.

-1 for marking Incorrect Response

• 10th and 12th mark sheets
• 10th and 12th passing certificate
• Rank card and score card of NEET 
• Neet counselling Letter 
• birth certificate
• caste certificate

As per the rules given for JIPMER 2018, name and date must be written on the photograpgh of candidate. And there is no facility of corrections for application form. There will not create any problem. But you should contact once so that it will not create any problem.

• Yes, you can fill the new application and pay the fee again, for registering for JIPMER MBBS 2018 in case of any error. Earlier submitted application form will automatically stand cancelled.

The percentile depends on the results of the JIPMER conducted on that year. If you want to score upto 99th percentile then try to get 170+ marks in examination.
