There are no any state level or University level exam for medical now, Only NEET, AIIMS & JIPMER the entrance exam for Medical programme.
You should start your preparation from NCERT books and you can also refer to NCERT Exemplar.
After completing your NCERT you can refer to Disha and MTG books.
Refer previous year papers and mock test series as well for your practice.

In order to be eligible for both the exams you should have aggregate 50% in PCB in class 12th in general category.

It is not possible to make predictions especially when it comes to rank since they vary every year. Moreover, JIPMER has not released its data of cutoff rank and marks last year.

As per the current information, JIPMER does not have a campus in Chandigarh. JIPMER has only two campuses one is in Puducherry (Pondicherry) and the other is in Karaikal. JIPMER Puducherry offers 150 seats for MBBS and JIPMER Karaikal offers 50 seats for MBBS.
