Ya definitely it's JIPMER as the number of seats are very less as compared to neet.this year around 2 lakh student appeared for JIPMER and only around 200 seats.so in every 2000 only one child gets selected.and also in JIPMER you have English MCQ.so JIPMER is tough.hope it helped.
