State open schooling or NIOS students are eligible for appearing the exams like NEET, AIIMS, JIPMER as the required criteria is that student should has pass class 12th board exam or any other exam equivalent to it from any recognized board or University (here comes NIOS/state open school)

The candidate must not wear any ornaments, head gear, hair band, belt or carry bags. 

So if your kurti has some very embroidered buttons for safety do not wear it.

As you know  the jipmer entrance exam is different from neet, the selection depends on percentile cut off ( UR- 50% and sc, st ,Obc -40%) and this percentile is calculated by the formula: your rank /no ofstudents who appeared in exam x 100. And it entirely depends

You are only required to carry the following into the examination hall -

1. JIPMER MBBS 2019 Admit Card

2.Valid and original ID proof (Aadhar card etc.)

3.Photocopy of the ID proof 

No other documents or materials is required and allowed into the examination hall . Hope this

There is no dress code required for the JIPMER Exam. However, you should take special care to follow the other rules and regulations and bring the required documents to the exam centre as the system is very strict when it comes to these things.
