Well as for jipmer the main documents that you need to carry with you are:

1)JIPMER admit card

2)Valid id proof(aadahar card/passport). No other id proof other than these shall be acceptable 

3)relevant photocopies of the same and passport size photograph.

The minimum qualifying percentile is 50 percentile for general and Other Backward Castes candidates whilst it is 45 percentile for the other reserved category like Schedule Caste and Scheduled Tribe. The more you score the higher your chance of getting a seat in the prestigious university.

and 50 percentile  in NEET exam for general category and 40 percentile for obc/sc/st
