If cutoff remains similar to last year then you may get seat at least by the end of counselling process. Last year the cutoff for SC category for all rounds was around 318 category rank. Even a slight deviation won't affect the cutoff much.

It's very tough to get a seat with category rank 70 in Pondicherry. In total only there are 200 seats out of which 100 are for state students. So, it's nearly impossible to get a seat in Pondicherry. U can try other ways. All the best

The btech ( It and mathematical innovation)  entrance examination would be held on 3rd July, 2019. It is scheduled between 12p.m. to 2p.m.
