Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research MBBS Entrance Exam
AIIMS and JIPMER will conduct admissions through NEET score for the first time and the admissions will be conducted through All India Counselling. And to be eligible for NEET, you should have completed your 12th, passed in all subjects and secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. Now if you belong to OBC Category, the Category you belong to should be also listed in the Central OBC list. Or else you will be considered as General Category and so you have to secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. This 50% is inclusive of the Theory and Practical marks scored in Physics, Chemistry and Biology collectively. You needn't score 50% in Physics, 50% in Chemistry and 50% in Biology separately. You need an aggregate of 50% or 40% depending on your Category as an aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. And along with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, you should also have studied English as one of the core subjects in your 12th. Then you have to be atleast 17 years as on December 31st of the year of admission. These are the only criteria. And if you are preparing for NEET, you may as well try our NEET Knockout package: https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/ . And because you have 2 more months to prepare for NEET, you may as well use this opportunity.

Kosala was the ancient kingdom which consisted of 3 important cities - Ayodhya, Saket and Shravasti. Kosala is also mentioned in the great epic stories like Mahabharata, Ramayan and also in Purana. According to a Jain philosophy, Bhagvati Sutri and Buddhist text Anuguttra Nikaya, Kosala was one of the renowned 16 Mahajanpadas. The other Mahajanpadas included cities of Mahabharat times ie Kuru where Kauravas and Bhishma lived, Panchal where Draupadi belonged, Vatsya the place where Pandavas had hidden in their vanvas, Magadh, etc. The capital of Kosala was Sravasti and this Mahajanapada corresponds roughly with the area with the region of Awadh in present-day Uttar Pradesh.

Your percentile score is very less. as you have not mentioned for which entrance exam. Do check if you qualified the exam or not. if you have not qualified then you have to try again next year.
There is very less chance to get government college. In your counselling process, apply for private institute for environment engineering. Look for college option in your domicile state such that you can apply for home state quota. it will help you.
Hope it helps!
Hello Aspirant, Earlier Admission to AIMS and JIPMER were on the basis of their own Exam but from 2020 they will take admission on the basis of NEET Exam, so we don't have any previous year cutoff of AIMS or JIPMER of NEET Exam, so its hardly to say, Moreover Difficult level of NEET papers varies year to year, some year a person gets AIR 100 with 680 marks and some year with 660 marks. But we can say that if you get a rank less than 1000 in NEET then surely you will get any AIMS or a seat in JIPMER corresponds to which marks can vary from 630 to 670 depending upon the level of paper.
Soumya, JIPMER for the first time will conduct its admissions through NEET score through All India Counselling. And so we do not yet know how the process pans out. But JIPMER being one of the most reputed Medical Institutions across India and the admissions happening through All India Counselling coupled with you belonging to General Category means your score should be nothing less than 650. Now this is a possibe cut off. And Cut offs change depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. To help you with your NEET preparation, we have NEET Knockout packages that you can check at: https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/. To help you during admission and counselling, we have https://www.careers360.com/mbbs-companion.
