The student must qualify 12th exam in physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology and english. The eligibility criteria for JIPMER is students need to have minimum of 50% ( 40% for SC/ST/OBC and 45 per cent for general OPH candidates) aggregate score in physics , Chemistry and biology or biotechnology

The cutoff percentile is basically 50 for general category students and for SC, ST,OBC its 40. If you belong to UR-OPH its 45. Now, if two or more candidates score equal percentile in JIPMER entrance then the rank will be allotted according to the marks scored in biology,

Since you scored 341 marks in CBSE board which translates to 68.2 % and the cut off the percentage that JIPMER has set for the eligibility so that you can qualify to take the exam for General category is 50%, for General OPH is 45% and other categories
