No jipmer is not that easy than Neet , jipmer consist of slightly high level of questions than neet. Moreover, it consist of one extra subject than neet that's english. Level of physics and chemistry is also tougher than neet.

If you belong to the reserved category, which is the SC/ST/OBC, then yes, caste cerificate/ community certificate is a must. However if you belong to the general category or the unreserved category , then community certificate is not needed.
