You have to apply separately for both of these exams.

Since you have only applidd in Jipmer you are eligible for admission in it if you qualify it with suitable rank.

Dear Swathy, the online applications for JIPMER B.Sc courses were supposed to be started from April 18th. However the online applications haven't been released as yet. Once the applications are released, they can be accessed at jipmer.puducherry.gov.in . There has been no official information as yet regarding the updated date.
