Yes, JIPMER which is the entrance exam held for admission to the MD/MS/ MDS programmes offered at Puducherry campus is held twice a year for post-graduate i.e. ms / md admission ; in two sessions namely January and july session. . Jawahar Lal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), Puducherry will conduct JIPMER PG 2020 January session on December 8, 2019. The test is a computer based one for admissions to 100 MD/MS seats offered at JIPMER Puducherry.

Hello,

CAT registration for 2019 started from 7th August and was opened till 25th September. So, it's concluded.

Secondly, you've tagged JIPMER MBBS, I'm presuming you want to know about its application dates. So, let me tell you now onwards there shall be only one entrance test for admission of MBBS and that is NEET. Earlier, AIIMS and JIPMER used to conduct their own entrance test which no longer will take place.

From 2020-2021 session onwards, NEET remains the sole entrance exam for admission for MBBS.

Yes one needs to pay fee for pg in jipmer. Fee structure include admission fee, hostel charge .

Admission Fee (one time.):- 3,000.00
Academic Fee (p.a.):-2,200.00
Learning Resource Fee (One Time):-9,000.00
Corpus Fund on Academic Fee (p.a.):-110.00
Student information details:-1,500.00
Identity Card Charges (One time):-150.00
Total:- 15,960.00

While the hostel and mess charge together will cost you around 20, 000 per annum.

According to eligibility criteria in the Neet examination ..

as for age or anything that you mention so with eligibiliy eligibility criteria you are eligible to seat in the get exam as it is mentioned in the eligibility criteria that there is no age limit for the Neet exam and also there is no number of attempts mention their and also as you complete your BHMS after BHMS you are eligible to seat in neet examination..

Dear Amrit, NTA has released NEET 2020 dates. They are:

Registration Dates: 2nd to 31st December, 2019
Downloading of Admit Cards: 27th March, 2020
Date of Examination: 3rd May, 2020
Date of Announcing Result: 4th June, 2020

AIIMS MBBS will be conducted on May 30th and 31st 2020.
JIPMER is yet to release its dates.

Yes dear, now there is no more AIIMS and Jipmer entrance exam, now only neet exam is there for getting admission in medical colleges. Even admission in AIIMS and Jipmer will be through neet only , so medical aspirants need to prepare for neet only now. So NEET score is valid for

admission to all medical colleges in India now.

Will neet include aiims and jipmer in 2021 exam? Will the exam tougher than before?

Dear Arshad, NMC is being formed in the place of MCI and this will take atleast 6 months. As of now, all we know is about NEET 2020 where in NEET, AIIMS and JIPMER are going to be held separately. There was a speculation that NEET will be the entrance examinatiom for admission to AIIMS and JIPMER as well. But for 2020, everything remains the same and it needs to be seen how things unfold in 2021.
