See, it will be not much difficult because the syllabus is same for board exam and NEET or JIPMER or AIIMS exam. Make a time table and go for your NCERT book because board as well as NEET exam will be from these books only. Read the NCERT

As the JIPMER application form was released just yesterday, the servers may be facing problem due to huge traffic input for registrations. I would suggest you to try later in1-2 days or try during night hours especially midnight when the traffic is low. 

Hey, for the scanned images to upload in JIPMER online application form UG the passport photo should be in jpg format and the size of the photo should be 10kb to 80 kb, it shouldn't exceed more than that or your photo will not be accepted. I hope this helped.
