you are not eligible for IITS, NITS, IIITS. The eligibility criteria is 75 % in those colleges.

You are also not eligible for BITS since their eligibility is also 75 %.

Yes according to the jipmer official information the aggregate percentage is vary from category to category as well so for General category the minimum percentage is 60% for the SC/ST category 50%
So you didn't mentioned your category so please make sure that which category you belongs to..based on

No you cant change the city once the application form is filled and submitted. JIPMER doesn’t provide any correction window for the rectification of any errors made in the application. Once the application is finally submitted and the application fee is paid, candidates will not be able to make

Yes, there will be negative marking for incorrect answers for JIPMER entrance exam. You will be awarded 4 marks for each correct answer and -1 for each incorrect answer.

As you have not mentioned any reservation status, I would take you as a general candidate with UR rank 2952. In accordance to last year JIPMER Counselling results, the closing rank for UR PG was 350. 

So, I would say the chances are very less of getting a seat there.
