The chances are very less. The last year closing rank for UR JIPMER PG was 550 for 3rd round(July session). 

Even if we take 500 ranks for open Counselling, then also the last rank shall be near 1000.

you are not eligible for IITS, NITS, IIITS. The eligibility criteria is 75 % in those colleges.

You are also not eligible for BITS since their eligibility is also 75 %.

You are also not eligible for top priviate colleges in India. Because most of the colleges stipulates 60

Yes according to the jipmer official information the aggregate percentage is vary from category to category as well so for General category the minimum percentage is 60% for the SC/ST category 50%
So you didn't mentioned your category so please make sure that which category you belongs to..based on

No you cant change the city once the application form is filled and submitted. JIPMER doesn’t provide any correction window for the rectification of any errors made in the application. Once the application is finally submitted and the application fee is paid, candidates will not be able to make

Yes, there will be negative marking for incorrect answers for JIPMER entrance exam. You will be awarded 4 marks for each correct answer and -1 for each incorrect answer.
