Sorry there is no provision for any deduction whatsoever. All tankers in JIPMER are top in the country and hence any special deduction based on rank is never provided. You may however be provided with scholarships from your respective state based on your rank, family income or reservations.

Well since there are only 200 seats in JIPMER and lakhs of appearing candidates to get a admission there in no other go than coming in top 200 or some where near to that atleast.
Both means the same one is the abbreviated form. Technically CBSE has only one headquarter that in Delhi and hence called CBSE, Delhi but several regional centres based on which the zones are divided.
If there are options between CBSE Delhi and just CBSE, choose the later although both means
