hey vishal, i cant say exactly the total number of handicapped seats but i can tell you the scenerio as mentioned in The Hindu two years back,

As many as 117 seats allotted for persons with disabilities remained vacant .Although 58 applications had been received, only 20 were found eligible

Yes, you are eligible. 

Eligibility Criteria for JIMPER 2019 -

50% marks in aggregate in 12th class (40% marks for OBC/SC/ST/OPH and 45% marks for GEN-OPH) in PCB stream. Candidate should pass individually in each subject.

Hello aspirant, without certificate to prove you are obc-ncl you will have to change your particulars in the application form and it might cost you extra depending on the changes. 11th March is the date for the changing portal to be open so don't miss it.

The cutoff rank for the  admission to MS general surgery in the previous year varies as : unreserved category opened was 17 and closed at 42. For OBC category, the opening and closing rank was 16-19, SC - 11-19, Institutional category - 2-14

Hi hi vishal i am sorry about that, dont worry you will be having reservation in JIPMER, in both pondicherry and karaikal campus, and there is no registration fee for you as well, there are totally 5 seats in general OPH in puducherry campus and 1 in karaikal campus, and
