As per your achieved AIR rank 1324 in JIPMER you can definitely get a seat. As you have an advantage of being in SC category you have achieved a very good rank and you can easily get a seat in JIPMER puducherry and JIPMER karaikal. Total seats are 22 for SC category.

            I am here to help you out. First of all, congratulations on your attempt in JIMPER. Based on previous years cutoffs with 45 rank you have very fewer chances to get a seat. Because previous years cutoffs are as follows

Pudicherry campus      53                  25               16

Karaikal campus          318                78                44

   So probably you may get Karaikal campus but if cutoffs are like 2016 that too we can't expect.
