National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Post Graduate
Hi,
1) You can manage to get a clinical PG seat in Management (B-Category) with an AP Rank of 3635, particularly in the fields of Microbiology, Pathology, Psychiatry, Anesthesia, or Emergency Medicine. High-demand areas such as MD General Medicine, Pediatrics, Radiology, Dermatology, and OBG have very few chances.
2) With BC - B (AU) region rank of 231, you have a decent chance for Anesthesiology, Psychiatry, ENT, Pathology in Government and Private colleges, but high-demand clinical may be slightly difficult.
Hope it helps!!!
In NEET PG 2024, the college with one of the lowest ranks for admission to MS General Surgery was King George’s Medical University (KGMU), Lucknow, where the closing rank went up to around 10,883. In comparison, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital and PGIMER, New Delhi, had a closing rank near 479 for open category seats. The cutoff depends on the category and quota, so it may differ for each student.

Your chances for the clinical branch with the rank of 58000 in NEET PG and caste BC-B are limited if you are looking for government colleges but you have possibilities in private universities. You might also get DNB seat in some clinical fields. For top clinical branches your chances are low.
Hi there,
Here are some top NEET PG colleges for General Medicine-
Hope it helps.

Hello dear candidate,
Yes, you can apply for NEET PG entrance examination 2026 with your provisional certificate.
But you must have your permanent registration certificate ready before your counselling or admission.
I hope you find this helpful.
Thank you.
Hello,
You can get a refund for the security refund deposit of NEET PG counselling, but the non-refundable registration fee is never refunded. The security deposit is refundable under specific conditions, such as not being allotted a seat or opting for a "free exit" in Round 1. If you join a seat and then resign in Round 2 or later, the security deposit will likely be forfeited, and you could also face penalties.
I hope it will clear your query!!
Hello
If you have purchased the NEET predictor, then I suggest you wait for some time; after that it will start working, as it might take some time to update your payment. Just wait for some time, and after that, try again.
Thank you for your patience.
Yes, you have a good chance of getting a government ENT seat with your EWS category, rank of 25070, and score of 499, as your score falls within the typical range of non-clinical and some surgical branches like ENT in government colleges, especially with your category reservation.
With 270 marks in NEET PG, you have a decent chance for some good branches. Your category and state quota play a big role in what you can get. You might get branches like General Medicine, Anesthesia, Pathology, or Psychiatry.
Highly competitive branches like Dermatology or Orthopedics usually need higher scores. Your rank compared to others also matters a lot. Checking previous year cutoffs for your state and category can help predict your chances. Counseling results will give the final picture.
