The reservation for MBBS/BDS in Tamilnadu government medical colleges applies only for state quote seats available. In this, there is a reservation of 30% of seats for BC Candidates, irrespective of creamy or non-creamy layer.

After  completing your MD psychiatry you can go for super specialization . NIMHANS offers various post pg DM and Diploma courses.
You can also go for Clinical research or MHA ( hospital administration ).
