According to your rank, chances are less of admission to Gynaecology and Obstetrics, Paediatrics and ENT in government colleges through All India Counselling. However, you have decent chances of admission to other courses such as  Anatomy, Physiology, etc.

Hi there buddy, based on the last year NEET PG Trend its seen that the candidate who scored rank of 15650 got M.D pediatrics in bharathi vidyapeeth pune, under all india quota and if you have state domicile or reservation, you can even get better colleges, hope this helps,good luck.

If you join the seat allotted to you during All India Counselling then you won't be able to take admission through State Counselling.

After round 1, if you are not satisfied with the allotted seat, you can give your willingness for upgradation in round 2 or you can exit

NEET PG Qualifying cutoff score for General Category is 340 marks. If you belong to General category then you have not qualified the exam.

Also, The counselling authority has released the AP PG medical applicant list 2019 who studied MBBS/BDS from the state of Andhra Pradesh. You can check
