But if you have filled the NEET application before and have paid the fee already, that amount will not be refunded and you will have to pay the application fee for each form accordingly.

Dear Anjali, as per the eligibilty guidelines, you should have qualified in the FMGE conducted by the NBE. So ideally, you should have passed the MCI exam before you apply for NEET PG. In this case unfortunately, you cannot attempt NEET PG. You may have to wait until next time.

You cannot change test city once fees are paid online as this facility is not allowed to be edited in correction window starting from 7-14th December 2018.
